I am a PhD student working with Prof. Michael Stumpf since January 2022. I am broadly interested in theoretically motivated approaches for analysis and modelling of single cell data. Specific topics of current interest to me include trajectory inference, regulatory network inference, optimal transport and applied probability. I am also enthusiastic about open source software and scientific computing.
Previously, I completed a MSc at the University of British Columbia working in the group of Prof. Geoffrey Schiebinger, with whom I continue to collaborate.
