Christian Madsen
I am a PhD student supervised by Michael Stumpf. I am interested in most tasks where mathematics and computation can be applied to answering biological and medically relevant questions. I am currently working on single cell regulatory network inference, and studying chromatin topology.
I have a Bachelor’s in Biotechnology and a Master’s in Bioinformatics & Systems Biology from the Technical University of Denmark. Previous projects have had themes of machine learning, binding and reactivity prediction, graph data science, gene enrichment analysis, and pipeline design for antibody sequence analysis.
